Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order you wish to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" and select a reason
4. Alternatively, email hello@zerobsproducts.com with your order number

Cancellation by Zero BS Products

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock
• Payment verification failure
• Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
• Delivery not possible to the provided address

In all such cases, a full refund is processed immediately.

Refund After Cancellation

• Prepaid orders: Refund within 24–48 hours to the original payment method
• COD orders: No charge is collected; no refund needed
• Wallet credits (if applicable): Instant

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Contact us at hello@zerobsproducts.com to cancel a subscription.
