Shipping Partners

We ship across India using trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for remote locations.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, strikes, or logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹60 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to ₹2,000 with ₹30 additional COD charge

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and email us at hello@zerobsproducts.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
